Sara Adhitya is an urban designer with a multidisciplinary background in environmental design, architecture, urbanism, music and sound design. She collaborates with design, research and governmental organizations around the world towards improving the quality of our urban environments. Awarded a European doctorate in the ‘Quality of Design’ of architecture and urban planning, she is concerned with the composition of more sustainable urban rhythms. She is currently a Research Associate at University College London, where she is developing the concept of Universal Composition - the multisensorial design of our environment in space and time – while advancing interdisciplinary university education.
